Handy for both renovation and new build work.Jim Pizzey, Technical Director @ HBXL rounds up what will be coming in the Customer Quotes. “This is quite a significant update for the quotation tool” says Jim.
- You will be able to capture PC Sums and Provisional Sums within the software for presentation in the quote itself
- You will be able to merge job reference number into quotation. Handy if you are quoting on lots of small jobs and need the client to quote this to you for ease of reference
- You will also be able to merge the enquiry date into your quotation
- You’ll be able to insert the jobs build program into the customer quotation as an image so your client has it as a reference – if you choose to include it. We think it can add an extra level of professionalism to your quote at tendering stage.
- There will also be a short cost summary table at the start of the quote for ease of client reference without them having to read through the entire quote to get to the total price
- We’re also introducing a contents page to the quote
- Plus VAT on non VAT chargeable projects can be amended to text to say as such
