Building software specialist company HBXL has
linked up with Jewson to offer a streamlined estimating service for its
customers.
The take-off partnership will mean builders
needing to price up construction jobs and want to obtain a quick and accurate
quote can now do so using HBXL’s Estimating Service via Jewson’s UK-wide network
of branches.
Using Jewson’s pricing and product codes as
well as incorporating their existing discounts the move will help reduce the time
builders spend on estimating and help them generate more work. It will also
free up the branches from having to spend time producing the estimates
themselves.
HBXL Sales and Marketing Director Joanna Mulgrew said: “We

HBXL’s EstimatorXpress small job quotes can be turned around in three to four working
days with larger jobs taking seven to 10 working days.
Once
complete the branch will receive an estimate pack to give to the builder and
will include a detailed cost report by build phase and resource type, detailed
schedules, a suggested build programme and a final quote including mark up!
The material schedules also come ready
populated with Jewson products, full product descriptions and product codes
plus they come priced using the builders Jewson account prices from Kerridge.
