ContractsXpert
You must ensure you are running the latest ContractsXpert to ensure your contracts are legally binding and that you comply with the law.
In both Domestic contracts within ContractsXpert the 'Notice of right to cancel' form has been incorporated within the contract itself, and not as an addendum as well as a couple of other text-based changes.
- F220 Domestic Contract for Minor Building Work (Up to £50k)
- F222 Domestic Building Contract (Up to £500k)
In addition the Scottish contract has had many text-based amendments made throughout for added builder protection and to address the difference in English and Scottish law.
- F221 Domestic Building Contract (Scotland) for Minor Building Work (Up to £250k)

Changes coming soon **Out now 3/7/13** include:
- Removal of references to Construction (Head Protection) Regulations 1989 as this is superseded by Personal Protective equipment at Work (PPE) Regulations 1992 (Amended 1996) in all documents
- Removal of references to Notification of Conventional Tower Cranes Regulations 2010 in all documents as this has been repealed
