NEW Invoice Generator Bonus Pack

It’s the moment you builders have been waiting for! Our software developers have been hard at work and, alongside the release of our EstimatorXpress update, we’re pleased to introduce a new much sought-after EstimatorXpress add-on this spring – the Invoice Generator Bonus Pack.

You’ll now be able to raise invoices for your customers – and save them (as a Word document) to edit with your own details and company logos. The Bonus Pack also allows you to generate credit notes linked to invoices already raised, to a variation or by a custom amount.

Invoices and credit notes can be created from within a job, in the Reports Manager section of EstimatorXpress. It merges the customer’s details from the job and allows you to see all the invoices for a project, all in one place. The Invoice Generator Bonus Pack will allow you to invoice by: 

• Various percentages of each build phase
• Custom figures - for either part payment or the entire job
• Using a valuation of the percentage of work that's been completed 
• Debt variation - to create an invoice in its entirety.

The Invoice Generator Bonus Pack can also be used in conjunction with the Stage Payment Bonus Pack – allowing you to schedule payments from the customer and then create automatic invoices.

Avoid errors by using information already created in EstimatorXpress and get your invoices out more efficiently – just print and post or email them directly to your customers for faster payment.

The Invoice Generator Bonus Pack costs £149+VAT. It is only compatible with the new EstimatorXpress update, so if you already have the EstimatorXpress software make sure your Support & Updates is valid (v6 and V7 users need to upgrade first).
